Darnell grew up in Boulder, CO. and received a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University. Following graduation, Darnell worked as a manager in the restaurant industry for several years before moving into the human resources and recruiting fields full time. He has been working with the leading Information Technology Services provider in the United States for the past eight plus years. During his tenure, Darnell served as a senior recruiter, account manager, and as a trainer/recruiter manager. His contributions included helping cultivate customer intimacy, recruiting high level technical professionals, and building several internal recruiting programs and processes.

Seeking continued growth in his professional career as a recruiter and business person, Darnell joined the Advocates to assist in building the highest quality legal search company in Colorado. He plans on achieving this through a passionate focus on quality, process, and client service. Above all, Darnell has joined the team to do what he loves to do the most, work with great people.
